Great location, near the sea, La Valletta, and amenities. Good price for high season. Spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Conveniently located near restaurants and bars.
Nothing could have been better.

Nothing at all
This hotel was very poor on every level. Dirty, the pool and so called splash pool and jacuzzi were filthy. The rooms were smelly and very poor. The automatic doors were broken, the lifts were broken, I just thank the lord I was only there for 1 week. Very dark and dingy, no services available through the day at all. Certainly not a 4 star hotel, needs to regraded to a 1 or 2 star. Please re name Fawlty Towers, this would be more apt.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the seafront promenade and close to bus stops. It was really convenient for exploring the area and going to Valletta. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool; it was a great way to relax and cool off after a day of exploring.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It was a comfortable and luxurious place to stay, with great amenities and friendly staff.

Great breakfast options, friendly staff, convenient location near beach, restaurants, and bus stop, regular towel changes.
Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.

geographic location is very convenient
No possibility of having a wi-fi connection in the room. Only one lift working for quite a number of guests. In general this hotel is rather 2* niveau than 4* (in my view, no investment has been done in this establishment for last at least 15 years). Paying 50 eur "caution" in a "4*" hotel is a complete non-sense.

Good location cheap hotel friendly staff...a total credit to hotel....if we will go back (and we will) is only because of the staff...very helpful receptionist and waiters will do everything u ask.....lovely people
-Tiles in the room -everything beside the tv in the rooms and chairs in the lounge is at least 30 years old -air con in the rooms is very Loud -builders start work at 7am right under my windows, every day of my staying -sauna charge is 5 euros per half an hour.....it takes half an hour just to get to right temp. Expect to spend at least 20 euros for a proper session

The location was perfect, right next to a bus stop that connects the whole island. With a 1,50 bus ticket, we were able to explore the entire island easily. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and made us feel like we were in a 5-star hotel. The rooftop swimming pool was a definite highlight, and we enjoyed the beautiful views while getting a nice sunburn. The hotel was a great value for the money and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the helpful advice on what to see in the area.
Everything is just what I needed and wanted! 😊

Came with no expectations considering the reviews but it was ok, Breakfast good, staff very helpfull and willing to rectify any problems if possible. Quite a few long stay older people and any we spoke to were quite content with the accomodation
Its old (or appears old)so lots of little things dont work as they should such as hook for shower head broken etc but we made no issue of it. whoever is in reception appears to be responsible for everything as staff appear thin on the ground.

Good value for money.
No double beds!! Esp after I was told in my booking that I will get a double booking. Star rating should be 3 star.

Friendly staff, convenient location and good internet
During my recent holiday, I stayed at a hotel in Sliema and had a good experience. The staff were really friendly, providing a warm welcome and helpful advice throughout my stay. The hotel was also located in a convenient spot, close to shops and restaurants. An additional benefit was the good internet connection, which was handy for keeping in touch with friends and family back home.
While there were some positives about the hotel, there were a couple of negatives that I should mention. the rooms were quite small which made it a bit cramped for me and my partner.

I agree with most comments here.
Everything desperately needs a major make-over. Technologically challenged.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel, maybe not even 2. Felt like some cheap hostel.
